We have the flexibility to offer a choice of support options, each structured to meet the different IT and financial needs of our clients.
Primeworks Networking Engineers have years of experience supporting the various components that make up a Business' IT Infrastructure. Our skills cover both Hardware and Software. The key proposition value of Primeworks is that we focus on the solutions best suited for your requirements.
We designed our Ad Hoc support policy for clients that only require occasional IT assistance, yet still want the comfort of knowing they will get sound, reliable advice and support, when needed.
For larger environments where support as well as proactive maintenance is required on a regular basius, we offer a Support Contract;
A monthly fee is charged for either 6, 10, 20 or 30 hours of support per month.
We offer telephonic or remote support logged in 30 minute intervals.
No call-outs are charged when on-site visits are required.
All on-site support is logged in 1/2 hour increments.
Regular on-site visits are scheduled to attend to the upkeep of the IT infrastructure.
We try and respond to all problems within 4 hours.
All support hours logged in excess of the allotted monthly hours are charged for.
