Primeworks Support Options: Structured to meet the different IT and financial needs of our clients!

Primeworks has the flexibility to offer a choice of support options. We have designed two support plans each structured to meet the different IT and financial needs of our clients.

Ad-Hoc Support

We designed our Ad Hoc support policy for clients that only require occasional IT assistance, yet still want the comfort of knowing they will get sound, reliable advice and support, when needed.

Support Contracts

For larger environments where support as well as proactive maintenance is required on a regular basis, we offer a Support Contract;

  • A monthly fee is charged for either 6, 10, 20 or 30 hours of support per month.
  • We offer telephonic or remote support logged in 15 minute intervals.
  • No call-outs are charged when on-site visits are required.
  • All on-site support is logged in 1/2 hour increments.
  • Regular on-site visits are scheduled to attend to the upkeep of the IT infrastructure.
  • We try and respond to all problems within 4 hours.
  • All support hours logged in excess of the allotted monthly hours are charged for.

A recent case study:

A client installed a number of surveillance cameras at his premises and wanted to be able to view them from his tablet remotely. No one seemed to be able to accomplish this. He finally called our support team who assessed the problem, found the solution and within 15 minutes had the client up and running.

We know IT!

We offer Ad-hoc support for solving problems as and when they arise, with a callout fee and per hour billing. We also offer fixed support contracts whereby a monthly fee is paid for a fixed amount of support hours. There is no callout fee and contract customers receive a preferential response to callouts.
